Accessibility information for the Gamindo platform
Scope of this document
Ofree Srl, operating commercially as Gamindo, is committed to progressively improving the accessibility of its digital training platform, which is based on gamification and generative AI.
This document refers exclusively to the training experience intended for the end users of client companies, accessed through the link generated by the Gamindo platform.
The platform is not freely accessible to the public and is used by the users of client organizations as part of the training activities made available to them.
Compliance status
The platform is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set out in the UNI CEI EN 301 549 standard, due to the non-conformities listed below.
The compliance status was determined on the basis of a technical accessibility assessment carried out by a third party.
Content and features that are not fully accessible
Following the assessment, some issues were identified that may affect the use of the platform by people using assistive technologies or alternative interaction methods.
In particular:
- some challenges are not yet fully usable via keyboard navigation and screen readers; the related improvements are currently in progress;
- some challenges have a time limit linked to the nature of the game-based experience; accessible alternative modes are available for these activities;
- some content and context changes are not correctly announced by screen readers;
- some interface elements have roles or properties that are not correctly interpreted by assistive technologies.
For features that, due to the intrinsic nature of the game-based experience, cannot be fully adapted, alternative modes of use are provided.
For the remaining issues identified, progressive improvement and adjustment activities are planned.
Accessibility assessment
This statement was drawn up on September 14, 2026, based on an accessibility assessment carried out by a third party.
The assessment considered the platform’s compatibility with different interaction methods and assistive technologies, with reference to the applicable requirements of the UNI CEI EN 301 549 standard.

- the feature or section of the platform involved;
- the issue encountered;
- the assistive technology, device and browser used;
- any other information useful for reproducing the issue.
Reports received are also used to support the platform’s ongoing accessibility improvement process.
