Gamindo, the platform that turns corporate training from passive content into an interactive, personalized and measurable experience, announces the closing of a seed round of €1.4 million. The round was joined by the partners of Club degli Investitori, Vento, Doorway, Zanichelli Venture, and other strategic investors, together with a group of prominent angel investors from the international tech and entrepreneurial scene: the four co-founders of Bending Spoons (Luca Ferrari, Matteo Danieli, Francesco Patarnello, and Luca Querella), Luca Maestri, former CFO of Apple, Riccardo Zacconi, founder of King.com (Candy Crush), Claudio Erba, founder of Docebo, Alessio Artuffo, CEO of Docebo, and Duccio Vitali, CEO of Alkemy Group.
The platform and its customers
The platform developed by Gamindo allows any company, with no technical skills required, to turn corporate content into interactive, measurable learning experiences, overcoming the limits of traditional training. The main verticals in which the platform is used today are Cybersecurity Awareness, Learning & Development, and Sales Enablement.
"People don't hate corporate training. They hate wasting time. When content genuinely speaks to their job, asks them to make decisions, and lets them immediately put what they've learned into practice, the whole experience changes completely. That's why we turned years of experience into a platform that lets companies create this kind of training on their own, in just a few clicks."
Gamindo today works with over 50 clients all around the world, including Prada, L'Oréal and Aon.
Use of funds: a focus on people
The capital raised will be invested primarily in people, to accelerate product development and international commercial growth, while continuing to build a lean and high-talent-density team.
A new vertical for corporate AI adoption
Alongside the round announcement, Gamindo is launching a new vertical entirely dedicated to training on the effective and responsible use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. The decision stems from an increasingly concrete need for businesses: quickly closing the AI skills gap, an issue made even more urgent by the entry into force of the European AI Act, which introduces specific AI literacy obligations for organizations.
According to research conducted by the London School of Economics in collaboration with Protiviti, employees who have received AI training are twice as productive, saving 11 hours a week compared to 5 hours for those who received no training, and 68% of employees have not received any real training on how to make the best use of AI in the past 12 months.
"Buying a Copilot or Claude license isn't enough to boost productivity: you need to teach people how to actually use these tools in their work. Training has to start from practical use cases and turn into interactive, personalized experiences. That's why we decided to open this new vertical, to help companies increase people's productivity while measuring real adoption."
About Gamindo
Gamindo is a platform that allows companies to create engaging, effective training content with no technical skills required. Founded by Nicolò Santin and Matteo Albrizio, the company took its first steps with a consulting approach, developing custom-branded games that reached over 3 million users worldwide. This experience allowed Gamindo to build deep expertise and progressively turn it into a scalable product, now adopted by enterprise clients in Italy and abroad, including France, Switzerland, and the United States.
